In Agios Panteleimonas Amyntaios Florina, growing up in the kitchen of our restaurant with my family, the constant engagement and love for the cooking of our traditional pepper-based cuisine, taught me to distinguish its authentic taste, and the quality of genuine raw materials of the rich local gastronomy, I really wanted to highlight the culinary richness of them, and to protect all those lost recipes and cooking practices.I dreamed, I worked hard and humbly and from scratch we created inside the pepper farm, the pepper farm, a visitable stone-built energy-independent, vertically integrated plant for the cultivation and processing of the authentic Florinis pepper, which starts by organically producing the seed and the pepper, and all its raw materials, which will be used to produce traditional and certified organic products of high nutritional value and taste, with designation of origin, always with the aim of protecting the environment, the footprint and the smooth evolution of our tradition.
